Hello here is my sassy cheryls anything goes challenge card.Thought i would do a circle effect (cant think of the name ) I also wanted to put snowflakess on it too ,the ciecle word was a freebie and was just right because it followed the star in the drawing .Hope you like it .
Well......let's just go with the 'circle effect' name! I like it.
